Terms of use
These terms describe how English Assessment Copilot may be used. By creating an account you agree to them.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for individual teachers unless you are on a School or Enterprise plan that includes multiple teachers.
Teacher judgement and AI output
Reports are decision support, not a final grade. Scores, evidence and feedback are generated automatically and must be reviewed and approved by a teacher before being used for reporting, certification or any decision affecting a student.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to submit content unrelated to language assessment, to attempt to access other users' data, or to resell automated assessment as your own service without an Enterprise agreement.
Plans, limits and billing
The Free plan includes a monthly assessment allowance. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time with access continuing to the end of the paid period.
Your content
You keep ownership of the assignments, rubrics and student writing you submit. You grant us only the permission needed to process that content in order to generate and store the reports you request.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and may update features to improve assessment quality. If we make a material change to these terms, we will notify account holders by email.
